Producer Anthony's 2015 NFL Mock Draft 2.0
Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Jameis Winston QB FSU
The Buccaneers can't keep this pick a secret, everyone feels it's a done deal. Winston has been to an Alstott and Brooks charity event and has been in Tampa this week. The buccaneers have vetted him, and are comfortable with him going forward. His interceptions are a major concern but Smith and Licht need success immediately and need him to bring the same success from Tallahassee to Tampa.
Tennessee Titans- Marcus Mariotta QB Oregon
Winstons off the board I know a lot of speculation about a trade at this point but I believe that Titans take a franchise QB so they can keep up in the arms race in the AFC South. Mariotta provides escape ability and takes care of the football.
Jacksonville Jaguars- Amari Cooper WR ALA
A lot of people are linking a defensive player here but the Jaguars could be smoke screening because they do have interest in a WR to help their QB Bortles. Jags need to get the fan base excited a WR like this will do that.
Oakland Raiders- Leonard Williams DL USC
Oakland is another team that could do anything here. I think they stay put and take the best player in the draft which is Williams. Pair him with Mack and the Raiders are building a ferocious defense to get after the QB.
Atlanta Falcons- Dante Fowler Jr DL UF (trade)
The Falcons trade up with Washinton to give new Coach Dan Quinn a big pass rusher. Fowler creates havoc in both the run and pass game. He has a high motor and I think he will buck the trend of disappointing Florida pass rushers.
New York Jets- Bud Dupree DL UK
The Jets don't make a trade to go up and get a QB so they take a hybrid pass rusher in Dupree. He creates havoc in the passing game. New Coach Todd Bowles will figure out how to use him in blitz's and coverage.
Chicago Bears- Tra Waynes CB MSU
Waynes continues what seems to be a tradition now at MSU which is strong, physical corner play. The Bears can't get that elite pass rusher but pair him with Kyle Fuller and they will improve their defense against the air attacks that are the Packers and Lions.
Cleveland Browns- Kevin White WR WVU (trade)
Browns trade up a few picks to get some more weapons on offense. White will help whoever plays QB in Cleveland by being a big target. With the way rookie WR's played last year and Cleveland didn't take advantage they don't make the same mistake twice.
New York Giants- Brandon Scherff OL Iowa
The Giants could trade back but help rebuild the OLine to help Eli stay upright. It's not sexy but it helps the Giants in the long haul.
St. Louis Rams- Erik Flowers OL Miami
The Rams are a team that could try and trade back as well, but I think they help their offensive line and pair Flowers with last year 2nd overall pick Robinson. Helping keeping new QB Nick Foles upright will be key in Fishers success. Not sure how many more mulligan seasons Fisher is going to get.
Minnesota Vikings- Marcus Peters CB Washington
Coach Zimmer could go in different directions running back, wide receiver, and corner. I think AP stays in Minnesota so Zimmer helps his defense with Peters which is an instant upgrade to their secondary.
Washington Redskins- DeVante Parker WR UL
I think they try to give RG3 every chance to succeed by giving him a new weapon in Parker. Washinton can address other holes on roster with picks gathered in previous trades.
New Orlean Saints- Danny Shelton DL Washington
Ryan gets help on the defensive side of the ball Shelton helps an anemic saints pass rush.
Miami Dolphins- Kevin Johnson CB Wake Forest
Dolphins address WR later in the draft. Johnson helps the Dolphins secondary with a big physical corner.
San Francisco 49ers- Arik Armstead DL Oregon
The pass rush in San Fran will be dangerous. The 49ers will be able to bring pressure anywhere they want with Smith and Lynch and now Armstead.
Houston Texans- Paul Dawson LB TCU
Texans have a huge hole in the LB corp. they fill at 16.
San Diego Chargers- Todd Gurley RB Georgia
A little high for me but the Chargers will get better results with Gurley then they did with Mathews.
Kansas City Chiefs- Breshod Perriman WR UCF
Solves the whole no WR Touchdowns problem.
Cleveland Browns- Malcolm Brown DL Texas
Philadelphia Eagles- Damarious Randall FS ASU
Cincinnati Bengals- la'el Collins OL LSU
Pittsburgh Steelers- Byron Jones CB UCONN
Detroit Lions- Randy Gregory DL Nebreska
Arizona Cardinals- Melvin Gordon RB Wisconsin
Carolina Panthers- Phillip Dorsett Miami
Baltimore Ravens- Andrus Peat OL Stanford
Dallas Cowboys- Landon Collins SS ALA
Denver Broncos- TJ Clemmings OL Pittsburgh
Indianapolis Colts- Shane Ray DE Mizzou
Green Bay Packers- Denzel Perryman LB Miami
New Orlean Saints- Benardrick McKinney LB Miss St
New England Patriots- Jalen Strong WR ASU
