Russia is awaiting a report of a review on their alleged state sponsored doping program, but the International Olympic Committee and International Association of Athletics Federation have already extended the ban on Russian athletes. While the extended ban is bad news for Russian athletes, South Korea would be happy to have Russia’s athletes compete for them during the 2018 Winter Games. Yep, South Korea is offering citizenship to foreign athletes!
